Crotty Services, Inc. prides itself on being a full-service Master Contractor, meaning we are equipped to handle projects completely in-house, from initial permitting, engineering, installation and sitework, through final inspection. We take the burden off customers in having to locate multiple companies to complete their project. This allows us to increase efficiency and lower costs for our customers. Additionally, our extensive knowledge of the Florida Statutes and Administrative Codes allows us to identify all the rules and exceptions that may apply to your unique project.

The mission of Crotty Services, Inc. is to provide our customers with the best quality service while promoting the health and safety of our environment. We do not cut quality for cost. We do not strive to be the cheapest bid; we strive to be the best in quality, service, knowledge, and candor. For this reason, we educate our customers on every aspect of the job, including the different options they have available, the pros and cons of each option, and any externalities that may be present. This allows customers to make the best decisions to fit their unique needs and to limit any unexpected costs. Should unexpected costs arise, we always notify the customer before moving forward. Whether you need a septic system, sitework, or any of our additional services, we appreciate the opportunity to earn your confidence. We are “Simply the Best.”
